Hi everyone


I am new to this site. I have approx 50-60 pounds to lose. I am not a weigher and am not sure exactly but in that area some where. 2 years ago i lost about 40 pounds and have regained 20, lost it and regained 15 again. Grr. I lost this initial weight using clean eating principles and it was really a great feeling. My problems start with the fact that my family is not on board so all the bad food is always around and I have to prepare different meals for them. I really want to continue down this path. I went back to the forum I was posting my food diary and exercise on and found it closed. I know a big part of my success was the accountability in posting my food intentions and mistakes every day. I am hoping to find so support here as well, as I don't get loads of support at home I need to find other resources. I know I can get results, I just need to once again make myself accountable for my success and lapses. looking forward to meeting everyone!

Was the food diary that you had before on this forum? If it was, let me know what the title of it was and your old username and I can look into it :)
