Hey,


I'm a newbie here and I'm trying to lose weight with watching the carbs and drinking healthy juices for detox. It's been very hard for me but I'm slowly starting to get there. Now, I've just got to motivate myself to exercise and I know I can lose more weight. I've created weight goals to help me and so, I'm looking forward to being part of a forum that I can talk with other people losing weight.

It is great that you are motivating yourself to lose weight. you seem to have the nutrition side going well.

on the excercise side, you should start slow and build up to more intense workouts when you get fitter.

Start by taking walks, they could be fun as you can see what is going on in your neighborhood and maybe

even get a walking buddy.


the experts say that it takes 21 days to get into a routine. one must just push through those first 21 days and you will do great.
