I've joiined or rather the two of us joined to lose and maintain our weight

We are a couple in our fifties and both of use went through severe health problems

My condition receded giving me an opportunity to exercise and so I am doing so right now 30 push ups daily, other 30 bench presses, walking 10 km daily to start with.

My workouts demand and I crave for energy products.

My wife she can't exercise so there is a difference in dieting and would like some help regarding food supplements/replacements intake.

she has to lose some weight but most importantly she also needs to control her appetite because she had pelvic bone cancer surgery .

We appreciate your initial help and assistance directing us to the proper forums and products

Thank you

Hey, and welcome to the forum!

That's great that you've started an exercise program! Do you have equipment at home that you're using? If so, are there other exercises that you could gradually add to make your routine more balanced?

As for your wife, I'm sorry to hear that she's having such issues! In her case, it might be a good idea to consult with a professional in your area who can go through the necessary analyses to determine what she should be eating and whether or not supplements are recommended.

If you're looking for some information, try looking through some of the 'sticky' threads. You can find these at the top of each forum, after you click on the forum section. For example, if you go to the "Weight Loss Through Exercise" section here: http://weight-loss.fitness.com/f/15/weight-loss-through-exercise, you'll see that there are some sticky threads in a light blue box above the rest of the threads. These threads stay at the top of the section because they contain great information.

Good luck, and keep us posted!
