Hi, I looked for a weight loss forum simply because I have been struggling with weight since I was 10 years old. I am 18 now, which may not seem that long, but 8 years of feeling fat starts to get exhausting. I knew that joining this forum would help me with people who know how I feel. My family members are all healthy and skinny and my heaviest friend is 130 lbs, so I guess you can all imagine that they have no idea how it feels like to struggle with weight!

Well here are my stats. I am 18 years of age, 155 lbs, 5'6". My goal weight is 120-130 lbs. I have tried MANY diets... some that worked but didn't last long, and some that were just ridiculous.

Anyways, thank you guys for taking the time to read this. :D

Hi Suriata, I'm Tasoulis from Greece. First of all I would like to say to you that being 155 lbs and 5.6'' is not the end of the world. Especially if you are only 18 . The first thing you should do in order to lose weight is to build a positive psychology in order to do so. That means to first think yourself you can do it and then attempt it. Of course nutrition, excersise and avoiding stimulants is also very important. If you would like to grow a better communication with me reply to me so I can give you my e-mail adress.
