hi everyone! I've been prescribed adderall for adhd and as a side effect I'm losing weight rapidly. At first it was exciting and felt too good to be true but now I have lost 10 pounds in two weeks and I'm getting concerned. I am 5 pounds away from my goal but I ultimately wanted to look toned and fit, not weak and malnourished.
If I want to gain muscle and definition, will I need to drastically increase my calorie intake? Or is working out enough?? Any advice would be so helpful! Thanks
