Hi all, FNG here!

So, my name is Sam, and I recently decided I want to learn A LOT more about nutrition and fitness. Over the past 2 years I've lost 40 lbs, and my waste is under 33" for the 1st time since probably Hight School!! The problem I have is that I want to help others get in better shape, and most of all be healthy. I know based off of the foods I like and don't like, what works for me. I also know with the exercises I can and can't do, what works for me. I'm sure that I'm putting too much effort here or there, and learning more would also help me help others. So, that's why I'm on here. So that's me!
