Hello everybody.
I'm 22 yrs old and I've been overweight since as long as I can remember. Right now I'm about 235lbs and although I don't really have a goal weight, I'd like to get down to maybe a size 10 or so. Mostly I just want a body that is nicely proportioned, shapely, and healthy. I just started weight watchers last week and hopefully I will be successful. I've done weight watchers before, as well as atkins, calorie counting, nutrisystem, south beach, etc.. and i've never been able to stick to it, so I'm hoping that at 22 years old I've finally developed the responsibility and coping skills to really stick to it this time.
If any of you guys are in a similar situation or if you are in a different situation but just want to talk about weight loss stuff, then that would be awesome. I wish everyone good luck on their weight loss endeavor
