HFCS in my Protein

SO I was reading my tub of ON Cookies n Cream and guess what? HFCS!

I am going to start reading the contents from now on. I feel so hurt :( None of my other flavors have it.

Check your WHEY!
 
how much though? like, where's it listed on the label? HFCS is not just a sweetner, but also a body enhancer...they might use a little bit to thicken up the shake so its not the consistency of water.
 
Its around the middle of the list, thats why I was surprised. Its not in any of the other ON flavors that I have, or GNC has stocked. I cant even find the ingredients on the internet. When I get home ill post the order.

So its likley they just used a small amount of HFCS?
 
If its half way down the list that means that used about half (relativitly speaking) as the first ingredient and twice as much as the last ingredient.

HFCS could slow the absorption of the protein down so i would change that out.
