welll let's start,
hi, i'm fourteen ( fifteen in a little over two weeks ) and i live in florida. i have been a little overweight all my life, well ever since i can remember. i have always done sports, bowling, softball and now lacrosse, but i have absolutely terrible eating habits.
i'm looking to go from about 145 to 120-125. over the past two weeks i have really kicked it into gear, i have cut out alot of the bad foods, but i do "reward" myself every now and then
i run every morning about 1 1/2 - 2 miles, and i do workout videos in the afternoon. so far i have lost around 4 pounds, in two weeks! i know i can do this.
i am really thankful to find this site, hopefully this will keep me on track!
