I'm obviously new. My name is Zac, and I've just recently REALLY started working out. Some things about me...

I'm six two and a half.
180LB
Type 110GWAM
I'm 14.
9.6 on HotorNot for the win!!!!!111!1111exclimationmarrrrkkkkk!

And my maxes.

Bench - 140-150, not sure. Haven't recently tested.
Squat - 250
Dead lift - 270... I could have easily gotten 300, maybe 310, coaches didn't like my form. Said it was fine, but not what they showed me -.-
Cling - 160 (Yeah, it's higher than my bench, lol)

The workouts I have access to.

Bench. (No chest workout, too small)
Free hang weights
The normal stuff, crunches, etc.

I have:

Beggining of a tupac.
Small arms
NO TRAPS... HELP...
Advanced guitar skills :)
Fair punk band singing skills.
Expect inhale screams, and mediocre exhale screams.

Since I have no experience in fitness, I can offer my advice in metal music if you need it.
