I have gained alot of weight in the last year while I have been ill with Panic disorder, depression, anxiety and agrophobia.
I am 5ft 4" and have go from 9st 10lbs to 11st 2lbs.
Ideally I would like to get to 9st.
Just got myself a Wii fit to see if I notice a difference.
