Hey everyone,

Let me introduce myself. I am RJ, 23 years old male.
I've had a problem with my weight since adolescence. I reduced a lot of weight by the time I was 17. I dropped from 196 lbs to 150 only with healthy diet ( no exercise) right before entering my college life...Good timing indeed. But as most of you college graduates and college go-ers are aware of, the infamous "Freshmen 15".. I guess all the cafeteria meals and free fraternity beers made it a lot more than mere 15 lbs for me. It was more like the Freshmen 25 for me.

By the time I completed graduation... I was weighing a staggering 210 lbs.
I still remember, during my last semester before graduation... being a late night couch potato.. I used to watch Beachbody (a fitness product seller) infomercials and used to laugh at the results shown, but way inside wandered if this actually works? Without letting anyone know I ordered Power 90 and it's been 2 years since I've got it, they are still lying in some closet. I have hardly used them for 15 days. I lack motivation to exercise.

Luckily, right after graduation...that summer I managed to lose weight continuing on my healthy diet mantra and now I weigh 185 lbs. My goal is to achieve my all time low i.e. 150 lbs but it seems that just healthy diet is not going to do it anymore for me. I need to actually put in to use those exercise videos I bought. I firmly believe that exercise and healthy eating can give me great results... just need the motivation from you guys.

Also, anyone here using any of the Beachbody products- Power 90 or Slim in 6. I received the videos of Slim in 6 from a friend 3-4 months back and they are still lying around somewhere. I tried doing the Start it Up and Gossh I felt the burn... it just opened my eyes and told me how much outta shape I am in. I plan on starting this exercise routine every morning.. and then every morning I make excuses of not doing it.

But then I came across this awesome support center and looked at some unbelievable transormations. I am now determined to start a combo exercise and healthy eating schedule and try to shed those pounds.

All you encouagement and words of wisdom will help in my conquest.

Cheers !
