Oh where to begin?

Names Keven, I'm 25

I'll start from the Beginning

When I was a child I was on Ridilin, blah blah blah

Years later my wife and I decided it would be better if I talked to a doctor about going on it again (do to some old habits re appearing long story I shortened it)

anyway I didn't know this but as a secondary use its prescribed to obese people to help them loose weight (I'm not advocating this in any means)

I was 230lbs @ 5'10, Now I'm sitting at 195lbs. Great sure but 35lbs in about 3 months seemed pretty fast and now...how to describe it...I'm loose for a lack of better words.

I joined a gym about a month ago, and have been doing very well about 3 hours after work 4 days a week, I've notive a difference in my arms and overall stamina, the guts the issue, I don't eat horrible but I don't eat clean either. my Wife is a vegetarian, I come from a long line of hunters, so I'll just say we do our own cooking. Anywho, I joined up to get some assistance and learn what I can, when I was 17-20 I was a solid 170lbs and in fairly good shape (office jobs killed me) I don't want to loose anymore weight just want to tighten things up, bulk and build muscle.
