I am new obviously
I have lost 3st in weight and am actually maintaining.. I don't need to lose anymore thought I would join share advice etc.. Even now I count calories but more of them at maintenance
I never cut any of my favourite foods out completely but I cut down.. I eat more veg these days and chips and pizza are now a rare treat.. I still have the most horrendous sweet tooth which I do cave into.. But 1 biscuit rather than 3.. 1 or 2 chocolate Brazil nuts rather than troughing loads of them!!
