hi there, i'm beatrice and i weigh 312 pounds. i just started doing exercise and trying to eat healthier and i could really use some support, and i hope i'll find it here!

also, if you have any tricks to stop the junk food cravings, i'm all ears!

Hello Beatrice, welcome to the forum. Congratulations for deciding to make a change and working towards a healthier life.

If you aren't familiar with this forum, I suggest reading the sticky posts on different sections of the forum. Or, if you have a question feel free to ask on the respective sub-forum.

I can't really tell you how to stop the cravings, since I don't know a way. But if you are counting calories, you can always add some of the food you like to that program. Don't try to cut it all, instead, I would suggest starting by trying to reduce the intake, and if you do eat some not-so-good food, adjust it to your calorie requirements.
