My name is Adelyn. I am seventeen, 5'3, and 127 pounds (well 126.5 techincally) and trying to lose the last bit of weight to get down to 120!
however, i am completely unmotivated and not determined at all anymore so i need support.

How do you want to accomplish your goal (what methods do you want to use)?
stop making desserts so i dont eat so much crap! and try and eat smaller meals more often

im in shape but i want to thin out a little

problems at home
Why do you think that you now have a weight problem?
its not a problem as ive already lost a lot of weight and am not "fat" but just because i am not motivated
What lifestyle changes do you think would help you lose weight?
eat smaler meals more often although that doesnt fit in to my schedule very well. and drink more water.
Have you lost weight in the past? If so, what has worked in the past to help you lose weight?
im not sure i just was really motivated and determined
Why do you believe that you did not lose weight or you gained the weight back?

What, if anything, has not worked for you in the past in helping you to lose weight? Why do you think it did not work?
cutting out certain foods. because then i end up going crazy and eating waaaay more then if i would have just let myself have a little every day
Would you try writing down all food and drink consumed for a given period of time?
no that doesnt work for me!
Do you cook at home often? If so, what do you cook?
occasionally. ususally i just make a salad/sandwich/ tv dinner etc

probably 1-2 times per week. and it depends

fruit, cheesecake, pasta
What are three things you can do differently when it comes to food?
eat a healthier breakfast, watch the calories i take in from sweets, and eat healthy snacks
If you woke up tomorrow and your body was exactly the way you want it, what would be different?
everything. i would be thinner all over. with much leaner legs (mine are really muscular

yeah if im upset or bored

no

not really although i may eat less with people around then i would if i were alone

something with a lot of protein along with fruit
What type of snacks do you eat?
wheat thins, whatever dessert we have at the moment, fruit, half a poptart, etc
In terms of exercise, what, if anything, are you currently doing?
burning 600 calories per day. ive been running 20 miles per week and i subtract however many calories i burn from running from 600 to get the number i need to burn on the elliptica/walking/bike
