Good Morning! I am a newbie
A little about myself, I am a 23 year old female who has been constantly struggling with my weight. I am 5'1 and built stalky. At my heaviest, I was 140 pounds... currently down to 128-129 pounds. While this is in the Normal BMI range... I am still heavy in certain areas, like my arms, legs, and stomach. And, I am unhappy.
To date, I am excersizing 4-5 times a week. My excersize include a 30 minute cardio (my heart rate gets up to 168) and some core strengthening. Lots of crunches, plank, and medicine ball work. I don't want to bulk up, I want to slim down.
My problem is, I am bulking up. I am having a hard time getting lean and slim because I seem to be growing. Its very frustrating. At one point I was down to 126, but this morning was 129. I am getting discouraged and very unhappy with my progress.
Right now, I would like to get down to 125 by the 4th of July, which is two weeks. I don't think its impossible. But I need some support! Any hints on what I could be doing would be greatly appriciated.
Please help me...
