I'm new here. Haha I just wanted somewhere to go to for inspiration to support my abysmal dieting. I've been dieting for YEARS and all I've managed to do is lose my facial muscle. My cheek bones have disappeared, my muffin top is still here. v_v
I've tried ALL sorts of diets like no rice diet (I'm Asian, trust me, it's hell on earth), no meat, vegetable soup, starvation, Nutella mornings, brown rice and so on. I always end up binging when I get really hungry and delusional (NO RICE D: ).
And now I've realized that if I really wanted this, I can do it. And I've finally realized that slow and steady is the way to go.
My weight as of now is 110lbs (50 kg). I know it doesn't seem like a lot but I'm 4'10" and that's REALLY short. By the way, I'm Asian.
I know it's a healthy weight but I want to get down to 90 lbs.
Of course, I would be SO HAPPY if I even made it to 100. But if I can cut 10 pounds, why not the other ten? I'm giving myself until the end of August to get down to 100 :3
