Hey I just had my first child 2 months ago and i just wanted to say hello to all the other new moms and maybe get some advice on time management and weight loss. It seems like if my baby isnt eating or sleeping she's crying and i just can't get a break, how do you eat healthy and get the time for excersize? anywho thanks and take care.

What I did was keep sliced cucmbers, carrots apples, anything fresh and slice-able in little zip baggies. If I was in a hurry or rocking DD I could munch on a cucumber slice...or as I like to call them "CC Chips."

Hi there. I had my baby 6 weeks ago. What I do is make a weekly menu of healthy dinners and stick to it. I also cleaned out the fridge and pantry and threw out (or made DH eat) all the bad things. If I don't have it available, I won't eat it. I also take some walks with the baby in the stroller. LO usually falls alseep in it almost instantly, so I get a nice quiet walk in during the day.

I agree with the PP, too...pre slice and prep what you can ahead of time and have it ready. My faves are baby carrots...no prep needed!
