Hey everyone i just joined today and thought i would introduce myself and tell a little about me. Well My name is Stacey and i'm 20 years old and i am looking to lose weight. I have always been on the heavier side and i'm tired of it. My highest weight was 230lbs and that was when i graduated highschool but at the end of my freshmen year of college i was down to 190. YAYwhich was really good for me. not the lowest i want it to be but i was happy. lately i have started to gain it back so its time to fix that. I am currently 207 and i want to get down to 145. Its going to be hard but i know i can do it! I look foward to getting to know everyone! if you have any tips please share!

I am 26, mother of a 1 year old. I am at 196 now and shooting for 140.

What is your weight loss strategy formula plan whatever you want to call it?

Hi Stacey, welcome! I'm new on here too, but I think weight loss is all about self control. If you can stay dedicated to acheiving your goal, you have nothing to lose except pounds. Drink a lot water instead of sodas and drinks with a lot of sugar. Eat small portions...just enough so that you're not hungary, and exercise.;)
 
Oh wow! thank you all for the warm welcome! i appreciate it! All i'm doing is diet and excersise. this past week i failed. i was horrible said i was going to get up early and go to the gym but i never made it. :( i just snoozed my alarm clock and went back to sleep. This week i'm going to do better!! I am going to check out the Fit America contest! thank you so much for letting me know about it!
