Hey

Hi...I'm Johnny...I'm kind of a misguided health buff, so I figure joining a forum like this will help me learn how to properly go about taking care of my body. I know there's a lot of tricks to this trade, and I'd like to be eclectic in going about getting into perfect shape and finding what's right for me. My biggest goals are not only to work on my physical appearance, but I want to feel confident and better about myself as a whole too.

I'm a runner (I started running before I could walk!), so I'm constantly doing a lot of cardio work....this means my biggest weakness comes with strength training and weight lifting. I'm determined to tone up and gain muscle, and I know weights are extremely vital. I'm hoping to gain a better understanding on how to even begin.

I have tons of questions, so I look forward to your answers.
 
Welcome aboard Johnny :D I'm sure you'll find a ton of helpful info from the members here. search up on the topics you have questions on then let loose on any questions.. good luck with your goals.
