Hey

Hey im new to this forum and im new to the whole fitness thing:

i play a extreme sport (paintball) professonaly and i get out of breath fairly fast heres my profile:

age: 16
weight: 11 stone
height: 6 foot

do i need to lose weight or is it just a case of exercising a bit more?

Also could someone people tell me a good exercise rotean to go on please it whould help me so much

Sheesh kid RELAX ! Like we're all here for you or something.

You should be doing strength and mobility drills. There are a ton of workouts for special forces, which could be similar to what you are training for. What kind of funds do you have for workout equipment?
