ok new to this site. I've been going to the gym for about an hour 3 times a week and going out on occasional jogs. I spend half an hour non stop jogging on the treadmill then bout 30 mins on the weights for legs and arms. If im trying to lose weight should i concentrate on the running? Should i be aming for more than 30 mins a night on the treadmill? my calfs are pretty hot and tight after the 30 mins. thanks!
