Well I'm Dean. I'm kinda new to this whole message board thing but I really want to try it out. I am in the process of trying to loose the weight and gain the muscle. I had a workout partner a few years back and had my weight down but since then we have gone our separate ways and the weight has been getting put back on. I'm a member of a gym but it's so hard to get motivated when no one is there to cheer you on. Maybe this will help me stay motivated ( I really hope so). Please feel free to give advice or anything like that. Hope everyone has an awesome day.
