Hey Y'all from Mo



Hey y'all! I'm a new member as well as a new Mommy. i just had my first child 3 weeks ago today! before i got pregnant i was really in to fitness. I ran for 45 minutes at least 3 times a week and also i own a Total Gym-love that thing! worked on it every day! when i became pregnant i continued to eat right and walked for 30 minutes a day unitl my 7th month when i had to stop. although i ate right and everything i still gained alot-about 65lbs. Most of it was water weight and i've already lost about 40lbs, but i'd like to lose the rest. any other time i would start back up running and the Total Gym but i'm also breastfeeding my daughter and dont know if this routine would be ok, or not. if any body knows any sites on exercising to lose post partum while nursing let me know!! Thanks!
