Hello there everyone! I'm glad i found this site because it looks like its just the kind of motivation & support i need! Most of my friends are tiny little size 8-10 (US 2-4 i think) stick insects so it's hard to get support form them. There is one friend in particular (who has decided im her gym buddy) who when ever i say " I hate my stomach/thighs/boobs" or "i want to lose weight" she turns around and says " you need to lose weight? what about me? look at this" and she'll squeeze some of her skin making it look like a lump of fat.
But enough complaining. i'm 163cm and 75kg. not hugely overweight just enough to make me tired and unfit. im going about my weight loss through healthy eating and exercise. my goal weight is 55-60kg. i put that range because i'm not sure what is the right weight for my frame. 55kg would give me a healthy BMI but on my frame it may make me look underweight (which i dont want to be either) does anyone know of a good site where you can work out a healthy weight for your height and frame?
