Welcome to the forum. You should find all you need here. I've been here a couple of months and I still get astounded at how helpful it is to me, especially when I'm feeling demotivated and low.
What sort of healthier eating are you looking into? What's your current diet like? Do you have a maintenance level (i.e. the amount of calories you need to imbibe to keep you at your current level, not gaining or losing any weight)? What exercise plan do you intend following?
There's loads of tips and advice - it really depends on what area in particular you want to focus on at a given point in time. As I said, you'll find all you need right here.
