Hey there

Hi everyone, my name is Griffin, and i'm 17.

I'm just going to let it all hang out here...I'm 350 pounds, 6', and badly out of shape. I gained a lot of weight after I got depression when I was 15 and developed a binge eating disorder. Before then I was probably a bit overweight, but I could do a mile in 9 minutes, and I was working out daily with my weight set. I'm built solidly with broad shoulders, and things are fairly flat in the front area at 250, which is what i'm aiming for...

But losing 100 pounds is fairly daunting, so I thought i'd try to find some support on the internet with other people fighting the same problem. I love working out, but right now the problem is i'm so out of shape I can't do the things I would like, and i'm huffing and puffing practically as soon as I step on the treadmill.

Well anyway, just wanted to say Hi!

Hi.
It's great that you love working out. It'll make stuff so much easier for you, and don't worry about how much you have to lose. From what I can tell, starting to lose weight is the hardest because you have to change your habits, but once you get used to it, it gets much better. :)
