Hey
I'm a 20year old university student who up until now has never really had any problems with staying thin (staying healthy on the other hand...)
Now I'm passing the whole 'moody teenager' thing, I thought it was best to start learning to live a healthy life independently. Which brought me to this forum.
My goal is basically to loose weight, get active (as a law student I'm basically locked in my room reading every day) and to most importantly, understand (you know, what's healthy, what's not, what protein is for etc.) Only problem right now is that this forum is MASSIVE. Where should I start looking?
