Mmk, I've just joined today. Nice place you got here. :)

Anyways, I'm about half way through my weight loss but I'm stuck around the 155-160 mark. :doh: Ahh well, I'm feeling good but just need that extra bit of support!

I still can't believe I've have a BMI of under 25! So I'm considered "healthy". I'm doing my victory dance! :jump: hahah, I'm still rather chubby, though. :eek: 130 is my goal but I'd settle for 140! =P

Diet:
For breakfast. Fruit - sometimes covered in fruit juices. Yummy!
For lunch - A sandwich and yoghurt.
For dinner - Whatever I want. (Within reason of course!!)
-If I feel hungy between meals then I just eat fruit, cereal bars or yoghurt.
But I rarely do.

Exercise:
I do 30 minutes of cardio each week day (an hour after dinner) and 10 minutes walking each week day (whatever time of day)

This is my golden rule.

Sure, it's a quick fix but I comes back in the blink of an eye! :eek: So slowly but surely is what I do! If you aren't happy with how you're eating then you're likely to slip up. It's about finding the balance between eating what you want and eating what your supposed to eat. So, yeah, I still treat myself to a bit of chocolate every now and then. :eek:
