Hello, i'm marisol. 5'0'' and currently 141 pounds. i'm giving myself a year to get down to 105 pounds. my plan as of right now is to walk 6 times a week and eat maintance the day that i don't work out. so i'm probably going to be burning about 2000 and eating 1400 calories with a deficit of 600. i've never been sucessful at weight loss before so i'm hoping that this time will be the charm
