Hey guys, so I've been spying on this forum every now and then to try and learn how people go about motivating themselves and to show to myself that it is possible to lose weight!


So yeh a little about myself.... I am a 19 year old student, i weigh........ 100kg and I am 6 foot 2, ive been overweight for about 2 years now eversince I left school and stoped being active.... my goal is to be able to fit back into my prom suit which would be soo great, so as you can see my weight loss will be more about getting into shape rather than worrying about my actual weight, obviously I want to lose fat and get the muscle I had back!


I've noticed the change in how people treat me heck even my girl has left me, when I was 85kg's and 6 foot 2 all the girls would smile at me and start conversations with me, even at random while in a train! but now that I've put on weight and I look different, I can see the difference in how people treat others differently based on appearences, I know not everyone are like that, but you can see the difference, which kind of sucks, but once I am back in shape I shall be the same person inside, that is a promise!


I will be joining a local gym this week too and will hopefully start a diary:)
