Hey everybody!

Here's my deal.. I'm a 34 year old guy who is getting back into shape. I was active my whole life.. wrestled, baseball, football.. you name it.

As I got older, life took over. Less active, more working, metabolism dropped and I gained. Now I am 5'10 with a 36" waist. Happened without blinking!!

I started P90X TODAY, so I will be on here for advise, encouragement..anything and everything this forum has to offer.

I appreciate all of everyone's help in advance. I know it's a tough road ahead, but I am anxious to travel it!!

That is awesome your doing p90. You could write down some goals of yours and stick to them everyday. What I do is: write down my goals and tape them to my computer. Then I check off the things I do each day and look at it to see what I accomplished. This helps me. It might help you. I don't know. It won't hurt to try. And Welcome to the forum :)
