Hi everyone,

Im new and im about to start on my lifestyle change and lose some weight (well ok alot of weight lol) and i would love it if someone would just check to see if this sounds ok, for the beginning

Diet - daily Calorie limit 1862kcal - worked out by x my weight by 7

Breakfast - protein, whole grains, fruit (most likely going to be porridge made with skimmed milk and fresh fruit on top)
Snack - Protein, fruit (thinking about plain low fat greek yogurt with fresh fruit mixed in)
Lunch - protein, whole grains, fruit (going to be a rice/couscous/pasta/bulgar, chicken/fish/shellfish sald)
Snack - protein, fruit (going to be a smoothie made with strawberries/bananas and either low fat greek yogurt or skimmed milk and ice)
Dinner - protein, whole grain, veg (going to be either homemade, shephards pie/home made lasagna, a slow cooked meal, homemade fish cakes and butternut squash chips, homemade pizza)

Exercise,

Im planning on cycling home every night from work which is around 11 miles on a small but noticable incline.
Im also wanting to go swimming for a hour on fridays and if i can fit it in im wanting to do a pump it up dance video most nights for between half an hour to an hour.

Satistics,

Weight at last weigh in, will be weighing in tomorrow for the start of my lifestyle change 266.4 pounds.
Height - 5.6
Age - 22

Does this sound ok? Is there anything i should change? Once ive moved jobs and settled in which will be around a week/twoish i will be going back to the gym in my lunch hour which will give me a nice solid 30/45 min weight training session 5 times a week.

Im also not going near any processed foods and will be drinking water with sugar free juice if needed and any added snacks will be fruit/nuts

Hope someone can help
