So hey

im really coung (19) and I weighed 244lbs. November 2012 was the time where i told my self i needed to change. In how ever months that is im now 213lbs.
It is weightloss and any weight loss is good but i feel its not enough so ive come here to look for help :) Below is my work out routine

Monday: Home gym; 25 mins of cycling, burpees, pressups, star jumps, moutain climber thingys :)p)weighted squats, and high intensity light weight bench press
Tuesdays; Gym; Cardio (walking high treadmil, cross trainer, stepper, rower, bike) Weights (chess press, lat pull down, squates ect)
Wednesdays; Gym; same as above
Thursdays; Long working day so none at all but im training to be an engineer so im on my feet all day
Friday; Gym; same as above
Saturday; break
sunday; weigh day and gym; same as above

Plus i have a dog and go for mile walks daily and playing with him in the garden like a lunitic

So ive got the excersise part down to a tee because after each session im always knackard and feel good :) its just the eating part that i thinks stopping me so heres my daily eating thing (its not fixed which is what i need help on)

ive cut out all the chocolate, fizzy and crisps

Breakfast: Shake and a banana
Snack; Go a head fruit bar
Lunch; Sandwhich on brown bread with mustard and ham/chicken and salad
Snack; go a head or porriage ect
dinner; brown rice with chicken/pasta

This varies every day and i find my self eating crap :(

so hey this is my so far can anyone give me advice oh btw HIII:D
 
Welcome kai123! It certainly sounds like your pretty active but remember one splurge at the dinner table can wipe out all the hard work you've done in the gym.

The whole question is: how many calories are in the foods you mention? find that out, make the needed adjustments, and your on your way to fat loss.

Welcome to the forum.

I found that I had to cut out all the starchy carbs to get some weight loss happening...

Looking at your food - you appear to be eating an awful lot of such things...

Try cutting out (or at least cutting down on) all the bread, cereal, cereal bars, pasta, rice, potatoes etc and replacing with fruit and vegetables - especially vegetables... Maybe it will work for you. There is no denying that standard vegetables are really good and you appear to be filling up on the starchier stuff leaving less room for veg...

As Knotty said - at the end of the day - total calories is really important... If you can count your calories it will bring you to the definite answer.
