Hello everyone ! :) I'm new here :) I'd like to make some friends...

I used to be obsessed with weight loss ( I mean bulimic , eat less than 500 calories a day...)

but now I'm better, just work out everyday, eat healthier and always smiling ! :)
 
Welcome to the forum honey :) Sorry to hear about your past relationship with food...Glad you are now healthy and well! How much weight do you need to lose?

So glad you're here! I know from my own experience that it's always those last few kg's that are the most difficult to lose.


But, that's what you're here for, right? It will happen for you. If I could make a suggestion, that you start off with some realistic goals for yourself, like giving yourself an honest timeline for achieving what you want?


Remember that you can always change your goals as you go. There's nothing wrong with that!

I'm don't wanna have severe diets or lose weight fast I'm satisfied with myself and I just plan on continuing to eat healthy and work out !
