Hello,

Nice to see a forum filled with people with similar goals..

i was about 340 lbs at my peak (about a month and half ago)

Last I checked I was 306.

My goal is to get down to about 210. and I am about 5'11.

i eat good food but twice a day and i dont eat after 7 pm. (before i used to eat late nights).

My main problem was that I would start to lose weight and then lose motivation because I would not see any difference after a month or so (even tho the weight was less but it would be hard to tell for me) but a recent experience has motivated me and I do not want to give up.

i also go to the gym or walk everyday. I am walking atleast 2-3 miles a day and if im at the gym I also do the bike and lift moderate weights.

any tips would be appreciated..

is it realistic to get down to about my goal of 210 by the end of next year?
