Hey, My name is Charity. I am 23 years old and I want to lose a few pounds.

I am:
4'10
119 lbs
My Weight goal is: 100-105

I really dont know how to lose the weight. My meal plan is kinda screwed since I only eat atleast one meal a day. That is Dinner, I usually eat a banana for breakfast and thats about it. I know I need to change my eating habit but I dont think the other way will work.
 
actually, you may find this hard to believe but you will be more successful at losing weight by eating more. By eating very little, your body goes into "starvation mode" and works harder at storing any food you eat as fat.
