Hey, new and needing tips/support

Hey guys!

Well um, I'm 18, male, 15 stone(210 pounds/95.25kg), 5'11 and I do have a rather big bone structure (46" chest)

I burned my right leg in two different places when I was a baby (just above the knee and my calf). I burned away the majority of the muscle in the calf, and due to how close the knee the second burn was, I'm extremely lucky to be able to walk. I've always been in a lot of pain due to this, and after a replacement skingraft last year I've really realized how lucky I am, and I want to start looking and feeling good. I always suffered from a lack of confidence and motivation, so the weight always just pounded on and on, and it really depresses me.

My goal is to lose around 5 stone (and keep it off!) but I've kinda gotta keep it easy on the exercise. Would anyone possibly be able to suggest some low-intensity work-outs that may help? Also, is there any diety-tips anyone can give? (I'm vegan and allergic to Eggs, milk and caffeine if that has anything to do with it :p). What would be a good daily calorie limit?

Thanks for the help and support!
