im crap at exercise routines with cardio and stick better to it when i have a plan/routine.

any ideas

Head into the exercise forum and spend some time reading the stickied threads...

based on what you've read - ask questions in those threads to get better clarity
 
If you're looking to follow a set program like Jillian Michaels 30 Day Boot Camp, or something like that, if you have cable (like Comcast On Demand) I'd suggest checking out those videos.

Or you can use the fitness model (link in my sig) like I use! I love 'em xD But it's really geared more towards girls.... lol.

It's got Meal Plans, Workout Videos, and Beauty Tips. :p

If you're looking for a weight loss program, don't go for anything with supplements. :troll: Look for stuff with meal plans and exercise plans/videos that are layed out basically for you.

There are loads of weight loss programs out there, and almost all of them work.

Any program that has it's own workouts, has it's own customizable meal plan, and daily inspirational whatever is something you're looking for. None of them are a scam, especially if they offer you a money-back guarantee. You just have to do a little footwork and search around for something that would best suit your needs.

If you find something you kinda like then try it out, especially if it has a money-back guarantee.
