Hi, I've been lurking for a while and decided to register finally. I just turned 29 and have been 50-60lbs overweight for most of my 20s.. a few months ago I started making some changes (for one thing, beer is no longer a major staple of my diet
) and 20 pounds have pretty much fallen off from that alone.. but I'm not really exercising yet and am probably not eating as well as I could be, so I'm glad I found this forum - seems like a lot of cool & knowledgeable people are on here. So, hi!
