Hello to All:


My name is Mayra, I'm 23. Yesterday I decided for the 1200th time to lose weight. This is the first time I have actually planned it out and did some research on losing weight. I'm not an expert but I'm enough motivated to continue. First time I came across this website and I absolutely love it. Looking forward to share my story and progress with all of you. Any tips and recommendations will be greatly appreciated.

I would start by doing cardio try endurance strike by tiffany reed good kickbox dvd i burn 500 cals a workout . i also use a heart rate monitor helps me track how many cals i burn great tool. also, eat 5 times a day with no carbs after 3 . i like to workout in the morning so i get all my carbs in around my workouts which is where u mainly need them . hope this helps
 
Thanks so much!! So you eat no carbs after 3:00pm?? When you exercise in the morning at what time do you do it and do you first?
 
@ fun fitness.. I meant to say do you eat first before exercising.. I have been going to the Gym after work around 6pm.. But I'm thinking of switching to the mornings. If I end up with the courage to I will have to wake up around 5ish am to workout.. Should I eat at this time something light and then eat after the workout around 7am.. What would you reccommend?
 
yes i would eat before my workout for energy . i have egg whites and toast about 20 -30 carbs. then after ward i have some oatmeal with strawberrys yum lol then around lunch a piece of bread with chicken . and around 3 i have a piece of fuit and then no more carbs my next meal becomes chicken with lettuce and spinnach . it works :)
 
oops forgot to tell u . i start working out after a cup of coffee :) and my breakfast ! so i get up at 530 and then start workout at 615
