Hi my name is Amber. I just found this forum tonight. I've been sitting here thinking of how I need to lose weight yet I just do not have the support group that I need. Thus the reason i'm here! I'm a mommy to a 2 year old boy. I've been over weight all of my life and i'm sick of it! I want to be able to run around with my son and enjoy the things that he likes to do (playing outside). I hope this forum will provide me with the support group that I need while at the same time providing a place where I can lend other's support.
 
Hey girl! Are you a nurse (or did I happen to glance at your screen name incorrectly?!)?! Because I'm a nurse, too! I work Peds Ortho though at a Shriner's Hospital! :) Fun!
