Hey I was Wondering...

Hey I was wondering I just started working out and want to know what I should eat. I have very bad eating habits so I was wondering if there might be a link or something that tells you what you should eat for breakfast lunch and dinner?
 
different foods

protein: eggs, cottage cheese, milk, yogurt, chicken, lean red meat, fish, turkey

carbs: oats, veggies, fruits, brown rice, potatoes, whole grain breads, cereals and pastas, beans

fats: olive oil, flax seed or oil, nuts, natural peanut or almond butter

rough ideas

breakfast: oats, eggs, fruit, cottage cheese, yogurt, high protein cereal or french toast or pancakes

mid morning and mid afternoon snacks: cottage cheese, yogurt, pop top cans of tuna, chicken or salmon, sandwiches, homemade protein shakes or bars, fruit, nuts, etc

lunch and supper: chicken or lean red meat or fish or turkey with sweet potatoes or brown rice or veggies, beans, etc or sandwiches, fruits, nuts, etc

before bed: cottage cheese, milk, yogurt, peanut or almond butter, eggs, nuts,
 
I don't think she meant stuff that was totally not healthy at all... I'd stick with abear's comment.
