Hey, I Need Help Guys?

Hi im a female only 19. and i weight 180 but only 5ft6.
over past two years i have been unlucky and the weights snook up!!
i have recently joined the gym and been to aerobics and spinning.
i have cut out eating "rubbish" and stopped snacking, drinking more water,
but i would like help on an exercise plan?
as i get to the gym i get bored as i dont know what to do etc and end up leaving before i know it!
So if anyone would like to help would be grateful.

Here's an idea to help you keep from getting bored at the gym...

- Get on the treadmill
- Start with a nice, light jog
- Then, imagine that a polar bear is chasing you
- Why is the polar bear chasing you, you ask? Because you have a fish in your pocket!
- Boost your speed, as you don't want the polar bear to catch you
- Once you are SURE that you've outrun the polar bear, you can slow down and eventually stop running

&& Do you know of any good plans as i am sticking to cardio but don't know whether i should be doing anything else.

Try alternating activities...for every two days of cardio, do one day of toning or weights. If you find you're getting bored of just doing a treadmill or a bike, etc, try doing a circut! Most gyms have them these days, some places have them just for women also, but it gives you the combination of resistance training and cardio all in a quick, continuous 30 minute workout.

You could always try doing a class like dancersize (or something similar) where you're getting your cardio but the movements are more like dance. It can be a lot more fun :) Most gyms have a class like that, and it's a great way to get to know people who are trying to tone up or have been where you are.
