hey guys I am 19 round 5 9, and depending on the two scales I weighed myself on yesterday either 145, or 136.
Everything about me is pretty slender except my belly. While I am by no means what most would consider overweight, I am bothered by my belly.
I have been eating less snacks, and simply having 3 meals a day, in portions for the last week and a half.
When I used my friends scale though and found that compared to my scale it read 136, I wondered how much more weight I should be losing.
I have been using an exercise bike in my room for the last week or 2 burning 1000 calories a day. I have not noticed any weight lost yet.
I know there is no such thing as spot treatment but maybe I should be doing some crunches, or should I stay on this path?
