Just wanted to introduce myself. I started a diet along with exercise on the 17th June 2013 as i was looking to complete the Yorkshire Three Peaks challenge in under 12 hours ( which i managed to do in 8 hours 50 minutes which was a great surprise haha). My Starting weight was 94.80kg and have managed to reach 87.50kg. I have basically joined here to hopefully find some useful information and stay motivated ( would like to reach 80kg hopefully, and then keep it off).
