Hello all!

I'm a N00b! Pleased to meet you all! ;) I have already lost about 70 pounds by following the G.I. Diet and doing pilates three times a week. I still have about 10 pounds (so the doctor says) to go!

NOTE: I have an extremely boring job so you'll see alot of me chattin' and posted on here! Hope to add to the forum discussions and debates.

Hello Moku! Seventy pounds, wow, good job!!! Those last 10 should come off in no time. It's nice to know I'm not the only one trying to lose those 'last 10 pounds.' ;) Good luck!

P.S. What's the GI diet?

congrats on your HUGE loss, that sure takes some dedication. hope to see u around :D
 
Great job on losing 70lbs! What exactly is the G.I. Diet? I have never heard of that. I am trying to find new healthy things to eat so I am all for suggestions.

Keep it up! That other 10lbs will be off before you know it!
