Hi everyone - I am new here and found this site looking into HIIT routines. I have been doing HIIT workouts for a while and am amazed at how effective it is! I just broke my foot two days ago (not an avulsion or jones fracture - two clean oblique breaks on the 5th metatarsal). I was not casted but prescribed an air boot. Has anyone tried doing their HIIT workout with an airboot on an upright bike - my Doc said that I could wear stiff hiking boots to walk around if I could cram them on - so I could probably wedge them into the foot straps. I don't mind pain and I don't mind extended healing if it means that I can keep my present physical state for the next 7 weeks to 3 months. Also, has anyone heard of alternative HIIT workouts that mainly use the upper body to get the same results as full body exertion? Thanks guys
Oh, if I have not asked this question in the right forum - where would be the best place to ask...
