Im new to the whole weight loss etc

and dont hav a clue what im doin at my new gym.

Does any one have a good start to a beginners weight loss for cardio?

about 5 ft 5
about 180 pounds now
and down to about 140

i just would like to be fitter and desperatly need to loose weight.
 
Alright, cool, that helps. So you have a healthy weight in mind, and it looks like you woant to look and feel great.

Well, you should jump into a program, especially if you have no idea what you're doing. Most programs out there have a great customizable meal plan, inspirational tips and education, and safe workout programs.

You just gotta find the one that works best for you. I use the fitness model () because it also has beauty tips, which is fun for me (especially with my skin, ickk).

Really though, you should check some out that YOU like, that way you're more likely to stick with it. And if you end up not liking, almost everything nowadays has a money back guarantee.
 
See i don't have the money to risk something such as that! hence im asking for ppl with exercise plans on here..

Not everything is as expensive as The Fitness Model, but honestly it's well worth the money!

You should read the stickies. They have a wealth of information and I think they'd really help you out.
